What do you consider your strengths?
I approach everything with a curious mindset, both the subject matter as well as the people I work with. This motivates me to ask questions that lead to new insights, often generating novel solutions and building strong relationships with those I work with.
I enjoy learning across a broad range of therapy areas, as well as from people from diverse backgrounds. Even in therapeutic areas where I may have expertise, there are always novel insights that arise when collaborating with others. Especially in Deallus, where I am surrounded by brilliant minds and get to work with companies on the cutting edge of pharmaceutical advancement, every day is an opportunity for me to exercise my curiosity be it through the work I do or the people I work with
