What do you like about Deallus?

I was attracted to Deallus because it’s clearly a growing business and since I’ve joined, I’ve gotten to drive a lot of that growth in my role and have some very meaningful input. I also enjoy that for me, no two days are really ever the same. I have my hand in a lot of different financial elements across the business and I enjoy getting to work with different teams and be involved in different types of decisions regularly.

Communicating big, complex concepts in simpler, digestible terms. Also being able to provide my key stakeholders with all the relevant financial information that they need in order to make sound investment and spending decisions. I’m also well versed in taking very vigorous processes, which some of our clients have by necessity, and finding the best ways of working within them. And I make sure we offer meaningful partnerships to our clients’ finance and procurement teams so that the Deallus consulting team can get involved smoothly and do what they do best, which is problem-solve and add value.

I’m really motivated by working with smart people. They challenge me to be my best. It’s also motivating to work in a team and a company where everyone is motivated to do great work and try to be the best for our clients. I’ve worked on teams where people want to come in, get their stuff done, and then leave, and Deallus’ way is much more motivating.
