Violeta is a Senior Consultant at Deallus. With four years of experience in the consulting industry, Violeta has worked with a number of the top 10 Pharma and a range of established and emerging biotech companies and has developed particular knowledge on vaccines, renal diseases, dermatology, oncology and rare diseases. She has successfully managed and delivered projects on commercial strategy and comprehensive assessments of competitive landscapes. She also has wide experience supporting competitive strategy workshops.

What do you consider your strengths?

I truly enjoy the people dimension of my role and having the opportunity to work alongside talented Deallus colleagues to shape and refine strategies for leaders in the life sciences industry, advancing healthcare and contributing to improving patients’ lives.

I am motivated about bringing together people with different backgrounds, cultures, ages, and experiences to develop solutions to a range of dynamic problems and working together toward a common goal.
