Richa is a Senior Manager in our London office with extensive experience in competitive intelligence and project management and has led multiple client engagements. Throughout her career, she has worked across different therapy areas and multiple healthcare and pharma consultancies/companies with previous experiences including at IQVIA and Research Partnership. She holds a postgraduate degree in Biotechnology and is originally from India, relocating to London over 5 years ago.

What do you consider your strengths?

I bring in quite a dynamic market research and consulting experience and can be considered as a jack of all trades as have executed and managed a wide variety of ad hoc and syndicated projects across multiple therapy areas involving generation of insights using both secondary and primary research, and utilising quantitative as well qualitative datasets. I enjoy addressing complex client problems through insightful, high quality and visually appealing deliverables while focusing on attention to detail

The drive to learn consulting and the systematic approaches to address strategic clients’ needs attracted me to Deallus, along with its fast-growing pace. I was very intrigued by the case study that was given for my interview, which made me further curious and excited about the interesting projects that I could have at Deallus as well as the opportunities to learn and become clients’ thought partners. Another interesting thing that I observed was the diversity of the interviewers and how they complemented each other, which promised a unique learning experience with experts from different countries and their diverse backgrounds – truly global.
