Ju has played a pivotal role within Deallus to expand our presence in Asian markets, driving business growth throughout Singapore, Japan, and China. Ju works closely with clients in order to manage and support both regional and global projects. He has extensive experience in competitive intelligence, portfolio planning, indication scoping, forecasting, product planning, and workshop design.

What do you like about Deallus?

I think at the end of the day it’s all about the people. I have worked at Deallus over the years and had the opportunity to work with so many bright, driven people. It’s through them that I have gained so much experience over my career – through workshops, for example, I’ve had a chance to watch expert facilitation, and to learn and grow from that.

I’m excited about the company right now – the growth, the leadership, and the people all offer so much promise. Deallus is where I started my industry career and become the leader that I am, and I look forward to continuing to grow, worth with bright people, and drive the business forward.

What do you consider your strengths?

The leadership structure is motivating to me. There are lots of opportunities to step up, and I’m excited to see our structure gives more chances for impact within the business. I can directly see how I and my teams are furthering the businesses’ goals and it makes the connection even more tangible.
