What do you like about Deallus?

I think one of the best things about Deallus is the flat structure. So, if you’re game you get a lot of opportunities. I think that’s amazing and something I would definitely miss out on in a bigger firm.

I also feel like it goes hand in hand with the mentality here, in that the leadership encourages you to raise your hand accordingly. So, if you like to be the one to tackle challenges, you’ll get the chance and the support you need to do it.

What do you consider your strengths?

I’m motivated by working in a team, and I think I’m good at it. I have a passion for teaching and coaching, but also listening and learning from my team members. I think I’m adept at knowing where I sit in a team, knowing what I can learn and from whom I can learn it, and knowing where I can impart the knowledge I have to help us succeed.

For me, dealing with the uncertainty of a new client problem is what I enjoy. The process of getting to the heart of it all, of nailing down what the question really is, how we’re going to answer it, and what that answer should look like – I love that process and I get a lot of gratification out of doing it from start to finish, especially at the end when we get to deliver something really meaningful.
