HR Business Partner, London
Ellie joined Deallus in March 2022 and is responsible for leading HR initiatives for the company. Her areas of focus include employee relations, reward and recognition, learning and development, talent management, overseeing global HR operations and partnering with the leadership teams on all people-related matters.
Ellie studied Human Resource Management at De Montfort University and has over 7 years’ experience working in HR. She is currently studying for a master’s in Human Resources and CIPD level 7 qualification at Westminster University where she is expanding her skillset and applying learnings to people practices at Deallus. Ellie brings a diverse mix of expertise to the role having worked in organisations such as AztraZeneca, Michael Kors and IBM.
What do you consider your strengths?
I bring a breadth of experience and insight to my role as HRBP from a range of different firms meaning I can offer a different insight to people initiatives.
The strengths I bring from my experience include resilience, innovative ideas, positivity in strategy building and partnering with the business and employees. I am passionate about wellbeing, mental health and sustainability and making Deallus a great place to work.
Life outside of work
I am a social butterfly and always keep my social life busy with my lovely friends and family. To keep active, I love spinning and spending time at the gym (especially in the sauna after a class) and I adore a walk along the beach with my boyfriend and dog.
