Ariel joined Deallus in September 2022, before that, she was project manager in a multi-national consulting firm focused on life science. With 8 years’ experience in market research and consulting and 6 years’ experience in life science, especially for commercial strategy related projects. Ariel has worked for multiple multi-national pharma and medical device companies, including AstraZeneca, Sanofi, Takeda, Novartis, Roche, GSK, DS-Pharma, Zai Lab, Illumina, Merck, Teleflex, Phillips, Galderma, etc. Ariel was recommended to Sun Yat-sen University and acquired her bachelor’s degree there. After that, she got MBA degree from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.

What do you consider your strengths?

I bring a wealth of market research and consulting experience to my role at Deallus from previous working experiences in other consulting firms. My consulting expertise lies particularly within commercialization strategy, market sizing, competitor intelligence, market access and patient journey.

I really enjoy talking with experts in different therapeutic areas, learning from their experiences, and bringing insights to our clients. I mostly enjoy developing expert network and conducting primary research with experts. I have good approach to different expert sources and can easily establish relationship with them.

Additionally, I’m a person who never give up regardless of challenges. I can always try to find a way out, and problem solving can always give me self-fulfillment.
