What motivates you?
Tying the thread from the science and research aspect of the work to more of the commercial insights and impact that these have in the marketplace. I think those connections are really satisfying to make in our work and I know our clients value that immensely.
The other side is the people aspect – I’m motivated by working closely with my internal teams as well as working closely with my clients and getting the opportunity to thought partner with them. I love to solve problems – when you can come away from a project knowing that you either helped provide clarity on a critical decision, or you helped get to the bottom of something that was problematic for your clients in some aspect of their drug development or commercialization process – that satisfactions drives me.
Life outside of work
I have two small children that keep me very busy – they are so much fun, and I spend most of my time watching them grow up and keeping them out of trouble. I also love being outdoors, doing yoga, spending time at the beach, and travelling.
