Gloria comes to Deallus with significant experience in business strategy, product commercialization and operational excellence for pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. Her areas of expertise include launch planning, commercial strategy, competitive analysis, new product valuation, market assessments, pricing and reimbursement, marketing and sales effectiveness strategies, payer and market access strategies, lifecycle management and franchise strategies, and due diligence for M&A. Gloria has extensive experience working in partnership with clients for strategy development, implementation and tactical execution.
Prior to joining Deallus, Gloria spent over eight years at Navigant Consulting, focusing on product launches and pipeline strategies across multiple therapeutic areas including oncology, neurology, cardiovascular, immunology, and orphan diseases. She holds a Ph.D. in Neuroscience from Weill Cornell Medicine, completing a Postdoctoral Fellowship at Memorial Sloan Kettering; following her Ph.D., Gloria went on to earn her MBA from Johnson at Cornell University.
