George is a medical doctor, licensed by The Chinese Ministry Of Health, and has more than 18 years experience working in multinational pharmaceutical and medical device companies, including AstraZeneca, Wyeth, Roche Diagnostic, and Eli Lilly. Throughout his career, George took on roles focusing on clinical research, sales management, marketing, new product launch and commercial excellence. George also has substantial experience in leading start-up companies, government-based continued education organisations and consulting firms.
In his new role at Deallus, he will lead our China expansion, strengthen the therapeutic areas he focuses on and have a key role in further expanding our capabilities within this region.
His expertise spans across various therapeutic areas such as Oncology, Immunology, Genetic testing, Anti-infective, Surgery, Cardiovascular, Diabetes, Immunosuppressant, Pain Management, Osteoporosis and Respiratory. He is recognised by clients and peers as a key leader with functional expertise across Market Access, Pricing strategy, New Product Launch, Portfolio Management, Commercial excellence, Digital Transformation, Innovative Marketing and Medical Leadership.
George has program training certification from John Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health for Hospital Management and Medical Leadership. He has a master degree, International MBA from Hong Kong University, and a clinical medicine bachelor degree from Fu Dan University Medical School.
