My experience outside of the industry allows me to think outside the box when tackling ‘traditional’ problems, and I continue to monitor how things develop in different industries and what the parallels and the learnings are that could benefit organizations within pharma. In addition I try to build really strong working relationships with everyone I work with, which applies both to my Deallus colleagues and my clients. I believe that strong partnerships and a strong sense of team together create the best outcome for everyone.
I’m really motivated by two things – impact and innovation. It’s making a difference by having a unique or novel approach. We live in an increasingly competitive world and to be able to make an impact I think you need to be able to see things from a different perspective or through a different lens. I try to bring that to the table with my teams and my clients.
