Guy is a Manager in our London office and has played a key role within Deallus to build our Commercial Strategy presence in Europe, supporting clients at all stages of maturity with their commercial strategy. Guy has extensive experience in competitive intelligence, brand and competitive strategy, positioning, current and future market landscaping, opportunity assessment and patient journey modelling. Additionally, with a background in finance, Guy brings significant expertise in forecasting, valuation and Excel modelling, cross-over skills which have provided significant value on numerous consulting projects.
What motivates you?
I have two main motivations. First is that I love problem-solving, and every consulting project is a new set of problems to solve, and that excites me, especially when you bring a great team together and we problem-solve together.
My second main motivation is a passion for development, not only as a consultant but also as a person. I’m continuously learning how to be a better person, husband, father, and athlete. I am a great believer that humans should never stop in the pursuit of self-improvement, and this applies to all aspects of life as well as work.

Life outside of work
I have three young daughters, including a set of twins, that certainly keep my hands full! Aside from family, sport and exercise have always played a prominent role in my life; I used to play rugby, including captaining the England Deaf team, while more recently I have got into competing in endurance events such as Ironman triathlons and swimruns across the world.
