Gloria comes to Deallus with significant experience in business strategy, product commercialization and operational excellence for pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. Her areas of expertise include launch planning, commercial strategy, competitive analysis, new product valuation, market assessments, pricing and reimbursement, marketing and sales effectiveness strategies, payer and market access strategies, lifecycle management and franchise strategies, and due diligence for M&A. Gloria has extensive experience working in partnership with clients for strategy development, implementation and tactical execution.
What do you bring to Deallus and clients that is unique?
I bring a broad experience across engagement types, therapeutic areas and a range of functions across organizations. I think these three facets meld to give me a deeper understanding of the issues facing pharma and biotech companies. Being on the ground means seeing a lot of different examples of solutions to common issues faced by the industry. So I feel as though my background helps me to provide a broader, more informed view of what’s going on and what can be strategically done about it.
Life outside of work
I have a mini pinscher named Minnie, so I spend a lot of time taking her out to the dog parks, the beaches, and hiking different trails with her. I’m also new to LA and have been enjoying exploring new restaurants, local attractions, and discovering some new hobbies that are more suited for the West coast than the East!
